We only collect what you type into our offer request form:

• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• The address of the property you are asking about
• The state the property is in, and optionally your reason for selling

Our web server also records standard technical information with each request, including your IP address and the time of the request.

Why we collect it

We use your information for one purpose: to evaluate your property and contact you about selling it. That means preparing an offer, calling or emailing you to discuss your options, and following up if you ask us to.

How we contact you

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your property. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by calling (314) 314-8608. We will honour the request.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details to unrelated marketers.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is needed to move your transaction forward — for example with a title company, closing attorney, or a prospective buyer where you have asked us to find one. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for that font file.
