Our services

We offer two paths: we may purchase your property directly for cash, or we may work to find a buyer for it. Which options are available depends on the property, its condition and its location. We currently operate in Missouri and Michigan. Closings are handled through a licensed title company or closing attorney in the state where the property is located.
